Registration Fees:

Young Guns, 7^th Grade and 8^th Grade: $350.00 per player

*Second sibling or more $300.00 per player

Includes: 2 Tournaments*, Officials for every league game, Coaches Stipends, Team Insurance, Uniforms, Team Equipment, field fees, league fees and more…

*Any other tournaments agreed upon to attend after this point will be paid at designated times by individual players interested in participating.

Playing Time Policy

WHLC believes that all youth lacrosse players need ample playing time during both practices and games to develop in a sport and to get the most enjoyment out of the game (AYL, 2007).

We follow a simple equation:

Attendance** + Effort + Attitude = Playing Time

Players who attend practice, try hard and follow the Code of Conduct will receive ample playing time. Players who do not attend every practice, do not show up on time, do not try their hardest and do not show respect for coaches, officials, opponents, and teammates will not get as much playing time as teammates. Please discuss this policy with your child (AYL, 2007).

Our Young Guns team is primarily developmental which will enable playing time to be distributed more equally. However, the Middle School Teams strives to be competitive, preparing your son for High School Lacrosse. During District and Tournament games, our Coaches will have to make game-time decisions; this may result in a player having less time on the field. We ask parents to be reasonable and responsible and prepare your son for this.
(NB: Fees cover practices and games). However, by limiting our numbers playing time will naturally be increased for all.

**Attendance affected by participation in multiple sports will ALWAYS be taken into consideration.

Refund Policy

Severe Injury on or Before Jan 5^th Supported by Signed Doctor's Letter Stating Child Is Unable To Participate in Lacrosse	75% minus $25

WHLC will subtract a $25 administration charge.

From November 15^th we cannot offer a full refund as the fee will have gone towards tournament & league games, purchasing uniforms, field bookings, securing coaches & referees, etc. By handing back the completed registration form an agreement to the refund policy has been set.

Registration fees will be: Young Guns, 7^th Grade and 8^th Grade $350.00 per player - any additional siblings $300.00 per player
